6 FAQs about [Photovoltaic support unloading pictures and text]
How to unload & store PV modules?
UNLOADING, UNPACKING & STORAGE At receipt of PV modules, verify the product details as it had been ordered. Packing list pasted outside the box contains all details including the serial no of modules. It is recommended to unload the packing box by using forklift only.
How do I know if my PV modules have been shipped?
Before you unpack your modules, check the shipping label to ensure you received the right modules. Once you unpack your modules, check the module frame serial number and model label against the shipping label. The serial number is the unique identifier of each PV module.
Can PV modules be connected in parallel?
PV modules only with the same rating should be used in series and parallel connections. Connect modules in parallel to increase current. Connect wires from the positive terminal of the one module to the positive terminal of the next module. Do not connect modules in parallel without using a connection box.
Can bifacial modules be used in a photovoltaic system (BAPV)?
Bifacial modules use direct, reflected, or difuse sunlight on the backside to generate additional power. Therefore, bifacial modules are not suggested to be used in build ing atached photovoltaic systems (BAPV).
How do I mount a PV module?
The module frame must be atached to a mounting rail using M6 corrosion-proof screws together with spring washers and flat washers in eight Symmetrical locations on the PV module. The applied torque should be big enough to fix it steadily. Please find detailed mounting information in the below illustration.
What if a container is unloaded on the unloading platform?
If the container is unloaded on the unloading platform, it is required to be used with the unloading platform or tooling. The height of the unloading platform and the height of the unloading tooling should be kept at the basic level with the bottom of the container (loading bottom plate), and the height tolerance should be controlled within ±10mm.
