Northwest China and Yunnan Province have promoted the development of clean energy power generation by virtue of their resources, relying on China's institutional advantages. Additionally, to evaluate the development level of clean energy power generation on its time scale, the comprehensive scores of 31 regions from 2012 to 2019 were ranked.
