About Growatt does not recognize photovoltaic panels
I contacted Signature Solar about the issue and was told that they see this happen when the PV input voltage is close to or exceeds the rated input voltage of the controller. Was it a partly cloudy morning where you live? The cloud lensing effect is real and can rapidly cause your PV panels to exceed Voc.

I recently purchased a Growatt SPF 3000TL LVM-48P from signature solar. I have a total of 3. But 1 got damaged so I had to replace it. My other 2 inverters can see my PV and charge my battery just fine. but the new one does not detect the PV. I have checked and the PV is sending Voltage just fine to the inverter.
What would be the possible reason - I have a 48v system and PV input showing at 92V. Whenever I disconnect PV input, or after a night, Growatt will no longer recognize solar input. Disconnect/reconnecting PV cable does not help. Also, the switch in the Growatt does not fully shut off the system.
Normally, the DC voltage of Growatt single phase inverter could up to 550V, for three-phase inverter, it is 1100V. When the string voltage exceeds this value, the inverter will report that the PV input voltage is too high. Solution: Check each string to ensure that the total PVs' open-circuit voltage of the string is lower than the highest .
Hi team, having an issue with the growatt inverter not recognizing PV input from solar panels. Multimeter on the terminal connections confirm 88V~ and the MPPT range is between 60V-145V so the voltage should be enough. I currently have 4 panels wired up in 2S providing power, the panels themselves being swiss solar MHC 132 units.
